This came as upsetting news to me. I saw a link to appear on one of my favorite daily shows, “My House Is worth What?” with Kendra Todd. No I don’t want to move, I just love the show and think it would be cool to have them come in and appraise everything. Check here and see if you qualify ..

This airs nightly on HGTV at 7 pm eastern. This show has actually taught us a lot about what to do and what isn’t worth putting in your home. Like NEVER EVER EVER take out a bathroom or a bedroom, unless you have like 6 of one of them and a swimming pool doesn’t always add value to your home.
The other show we’ve learned a lot from is “Sell This House !!” on A & E with Roger Hazard and Tanya Memme.

I don’t want to be an interior decorator, but I think it would be neat to help people stage and sell their homes. We just don’t have a huge number of homes for sale in our area. And the ones that do go on the market don’t stay up for sale for very long. Maybe I should write a book instead, but I guess I should have some sort of paper (degree) to back it up. Or maybe I could title it ”hey, this is what I think you should change to sell your house”.
